Validator

The AIEP validator checks whether a domain exposes the minimum AIEP machine interface. It is designed to be fail-closed for certification claims: if a site claims it is certified but does not publish the required certificate fields, the claim is treated as unverified.

Note: this validator demonstrates the AIEP discovery and fail-closed certification logic. In production, you can extend it to validate schemas, indexes, and artefact hashes.
